Maintenance services

Bright Spectrum offers several levels of ongoing support to our customers, including content management and general support packages. Our support options cover 6- or 12-month periods, and include monthly billing and task reporting.

We offer platform support to augment the technical support provided by software providers. This support also covers platform upgrades, bug fixes and coordination between us and software technical support teams.

Post-launch support

Bright Spectrum offers free post-launch support services for our delivered custom applications and websites. Including 10-day content support, 60-day technical support and unlimited custom code support. Conditions apply.
