Zemax is a global optical software development company and its software is even being used by NASA for the James Webb Space Telescope.
Zemax turned to Bright Spectrum and GA Creative to redesign their website on Kentico Xperienc in support of new content marketing and lead generation efforts. The site featured both Click Dimensions and Marketo integration. We also localized pricing and content, using Xperience's content personalization features, for audiences across the globe.
With locations in North America, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, and China, Bright Spectrum needed to create three similar but independent sites for Zemax to cover their global markets and different audiences. In 2017, the English language site for US and EMEA audiences was launched. In 2018, we used Kentico's multilingual capability to launch the Japanese language site. In order to remedy connection speed challenges, due to the government-controlled internet firewall in China, we launched a separate instance of Xperience in China on the Chinese Azure Cloud in 2018.
In addition to development services, we wrote an operations and administration guide and established best practices for the Zemax marketing team for managing web content through training and documentation.
