Firefighter's National Trust (formerly FireDonations.com Inc.)
Bright Spectrum created the first version of the FireDonations.com web
site for this Tacoma-based charity. We developed the entire front
and back end of the site's online donation platform and built a
new FireDonations database to store charity and donor information. The site
allowed users to make donations, view donation history, sign up new charities
and search for existing charities.
Bright Spectrum also designed and developed a web-based content
management system that allowed the site administrators to fully manage charities and view
various donation reports.
After
the events on September 11, 2001, FireDonations.com accumulated over $7
million in donations through this web site for the firefighters of New York
City. At the time, FireDonations.com was the only fire-related donation web
site capable of accepting online credit card donations and was promoted
nationally through many organizations and venues, including Yahoo!, NBC TV, CBS
News, Forbes.com, Amazon.com and many others. Although they redesigned their
web site in 2002, and modified the types of donations they accept, Bright
Spectrum was instrumental in making Firefighter’s National Trust one of today’s
leaders in online donation collection for fire-related causes.

Luly Yang Couture - (www.lulyyang.com)
Luly Yang is one Seattle's premier wedding dress designers. The design of the Luly Design web site required strict attention to detail and the result is a testament to that.
The goal was to accurately portrait Luly's exquisite design in the same classy atmosphere that you would find in her Seattle showroom.
To accomplish this, Bright Spectrum utilized Flash, in a very subtle way, to build three Flash movies, including the intro, a bridal fashion show and an evening gown show.
The result gives users the feeling that they could actually 'touch' Luly's creations.
Browsable samples of Luly's work are also provided.
