Customers who wish to request web site maintenance through Bright Spectrum but are not in a monthly maintenance contract may still do so at an hourly rate.

Basic Monthly Maintenance
Having Bright Spectrum maintain your site helps retain your site's design standards and consistancy. Our Basic Monthly Maintenance is fixed rate plan which cover a negotiated number of maintenance hours per month. This program best serves customers that have regular monthly needs but who do not have the desire or manpower to maintain their content themselves.
Advanced Monthly Maintenance
Bright Spectrum’s highest level of support is our Advanced Monthly Maintenance plan. This management solution is reserved for the most information-dependant web sites, such as e-commerce sites, that need regular attention or daily maintenance. Bright Spectrum acts as your full- or part-time store administrator or Webmaster. We will address all regular maintenance requests (for a set number of hours), insure that your applications software is up-to-date and manage the day-to-day operation and health of your online store or application.
There are many additional options available to you in the Advanced Monthly Maintenance plan, including an option for on-call service.

Self-Service Maintenance
For smaller sites with minimal maintenance needs like the periodic changing of text or images, Bright Spectrum suggest the use of an out-of-the-box content management system; we like Adobe® Contribute® CS3.
