On the heels of a great 2010 we are already going strong in 2011. For both positions we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Experience using and customizing DotNetNuke CMS
• Experience using and customizing ASPDotNetStorefront
• Experience with some or all of these programming languages: XHTML, Javascript, ASP.NET (C#, but understands VB.NET), JQuery, SQL, ASP.NET MVC, Silverlight, PHP 

Front End UI/UX Developer Skills

• Please note this is not a web designer position
• A keen eye for details
• A demonstrated understanding of user tendancies
• Experience using ASP.NET masterpages and themes
• Strong experience making PSD files into an HTML reality
• Extended exposure and usage of full-CSS web sites

Back End Developer Skills

• Strong ASP.NET skills (we primarily use C# but VB knowledge is valued)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Capable and open to working in all aspects of web development (even on the front end)
• Accurate at estimating timelines
• Realistic about their skill set and abilities
• Experience with application installation, upgrading and disaster recovery
