  • Advanced Monthly Maintenance – A customized plan based on a quarterly commitment, monthly fee plus a set number of hours at a discounted rate.

  • Web Master Maintenance – Get a developer dedicated to your site and get priority maintenance requests and 24-hour support. Plan based on a bi-annual commitment, monthly fee, plus hours at a discounted rate.

  • AspDotNetStorefront Ecommerce Service – A customizable support option built around the needs of your AspDotNetStorefront store and maintaining a successful and fast moving store. Options include: monthly submittal to shopping directory sites like Google Product Search and Shopping.com, monthly database purging to keep your site moving quickly, daily shipping notification management and more.

Bright Spectrum offers managed hosting for all of our customers. Our Windows-based hosting platform is secure and PCI compliant. We offer both dedicated and shared hosting solutions to our customers and support as well as ecommerce hosting and DNN hosting.

Our customers are not required to host with us, however our Managed Hosting solution ensures that the number and type of customers on the shared platform is tightly controlled and our customers don’t have to worry about dealing with the hosting company. This service is a great trouble-free alternative to dealing with hosting in general.
