The project specification, produced by Bright Spectrum, gives you a complete understanding of what to expect during the process and gives you good idea as to how your finished web site will function. Bright Spectrum outlines everything from the strategic purpose of the site to the engineering details of the site’s functionality, all before writing a line of code. We base our final proposal off of this specification and the details in the document help us establish a realistic timeline and identify all associated budgetary items, so surprises are kept at a minimum.
